For example, I permit the discussion to start, and I am paying full attention during it to see where it is headed. I also try to ascertain the concern of the person to whom I am speaking to, in order to ensure that the conversation is properly directed. In addition, I also endeavor to show my maturity by addressing people 's uncertainties, or frustration with the services offered by the Alzheimer 's Association. Thus, the overall goal is to further the reach of the Alzheimer 's Association, so that it can serve more people impacted by the disease. Disciplined attention is always maintained at the events organized by the Alzheimer 's association because it 's a national, and global organization which seeks to serve people of different races, beliefs, and nationalities. In addition, an effort is always made to restore order at the events via dialogue. Furthermore, my work is given back to me because I share the responsibility of my supervisor, and I take an initiative in defining, and looking for solutions to problems that the Alzheimer 's Association faces. For example, we at the site have a sense of mission because we engage in dialogue with people to put our aims into play.
