Malpractice Claim Against Garden Villa

Please be advised that our law firm has completed our review of your mother’s potential claim against Garden Villa. I must advise you that this claim doesn’t meet our criteria for pursuing a malpractice claim against a nursing home. The hospital records indicate that this was the third time your mother had been treated for recurrent Enterococcus that was resistant to antibiotics. It is hard to blame the nursing home for this when the doctors and hospitals are ordering the treatments it appears that treatment for the Urinary Tract Infection was to be for four weeks after release from the hospital.
