Your analysis of this case study was awesome. The analysis of each individual's behavior was well done. I see Wheeler as an opportunist. From my understanding, he didn't seemed to convey that he had empathy at all. I believe that the publicity gave him a big head.
I agree with you in the fact that Malia Zimmerman was loyal to her employer. As a reporter, her first responsibility is to the public even if that meant doing somethings that her employer thinks was unacceptable. As a journalist, an individual must have some sort of college degree in mass communication.
