The charismatic leader that I chose is Malcolm X because in Harlem he was the voice of African-Americans frustration, police brutality, and segregation. Most importantly because he changed from thinking that African-Americans had to force the opposition and demand to equality, to adopting Martin Luther King’s philosophy equality through peaceful means.
