According to the Malcolm X novel there is a problem with the title of it. The title of the novel is Malcolm X, but the man had different names throughout his life. Malcolm X is the son of the Nebraska Baptist preacher. He was born Malcolm little, when he joined the nation of Islam, he had changed his name in to Malcolm X which is unknown African ancestor name. During his visit to mecca, he abandoned his Malcolm X name, and took Muslim name El Hajj Malik Shabazz. Therefore, he was known by different names in his life, but the title of the novel is Malcolm X. Alex Haley wrote and edited the novel based on the several interviews and speeches made by media. He took challenges often and saved his life narrowly. He does not afraid for what he believed, so he was hero throughout his life. Before his assassination he felt that he needed protection, however he could not have any body guard. He travelled far alone with in America and outside. The nation of Islam thought, some of the Malcolm X‘s speeches was a threat for them. Finally he was murdered by the nation of Islam. The government officials assigned to monitor his phone, but they found out nothing a threat for their country. Malcolm X before his assassinated focused on social issue, and politics than religion.
