There are seven categories that I will judge Crocs Inc. to fit the Baldrige criteria. These criteria are the foundation for deciding on the award recipient and were setup to bring out the spirit of competitiveness. These criteria also provide a foundation that is used by an organization to improve overall quality performance. The criteria are the following as I grade Crocs performance:

Strategic Planning – The product development and planning is needed without losing connection with Crocs base compatibilities of comfort, functionality and durability. They keep up with the in-store presence of other competitors in the market, Crocs is planning to grow its number of marketing intermediaries, grow its number of stores and intensify its distribution policy. Included in the operational strategy is the Crocs Clogs can remain with an undifferentiated marketing strategy, where the other parts of the product mix are set aside for a certain segment and will gravitate more towards a concentrated marketing strategy. 80
