Teen boys and girls all around are changing the world. Three great examples are Malala Yousafzai, Iqbal Masih, and Faye Carey. They are all changing the world one way or another. Also they are changing it one step at a time. Many teen activists have obstacles in their way. Do they not have a family or do they have people that are trying to stop them violently. Finally what are they standing up for that makes it hard.

For example, Malala a girl who stands up for the right for education has a dad who is a teacher that means that maybe her dad helps her with speeches. The Taliban does not think Malala is right. For example, they shot her in the head because they did not believe in what Malala was standing up for. She got shot in the head on her way back from school they were hiding in the back of her bus. When she got on the bus they shot her. Also Iqbal Masih got used for child labor. At a young age his parents sold him for $12. He had obstacles because he had to work as a slave for some of his life and finally at age 10 he ran away and started standing up for no more child labor because it is not ok. Finally, at age 12 he was shot and killed for standing up for his rights.
