In the article Making Graduation Meaningful: A Real Qualification System for U.S. Students author Marc Tucker argues that different kind of diplomas can have the impact on student to compete globally. More specifically he argues that the student meets and exceed the requirement for graduation should have the opportunity to prove himself globally.
