Major Trevino Reflection

If I raised my voice it was not directed towards Major Trevino. My raised voice was simply a display of the emotional frustration I was feeling in general about all the issues listed above. It was never my intention to offend Major Trevino personally or him as a leader. In my defense, I feel that if Major Trevino really had a problem with my voice as he say being unprofessional by my voice rising, then he could have stopped the meeting. I then asked why it has to be this way… Why it has to be this way with management…please tell me why”. This question was posed to Major Trevino in reference to the way that management seems to disregard me as a valued Government Service Employee and my concerns. My statement was presented two times and phrased as a question, but it was never answered. …show more content…
I replied to her stating that at no time has she ever told me that and how can she make such a false statement. “She than changed her statement, saying she thought she told me and continued to tell me it was in her medical file. I asked for a copy of this condition (she could not remember what the condition was called) because I was not tracking her having any condition. At this point, Mr. Thompson also interjected asking her to provide a copy me. To date, 10 December 2015, she has not provided any kind of medical documentation to her stated condition. This memo is to document her unprofessionalism and questionable
