In today’s contemporary literature, there are wide varieties of major leadership theories and models found, that have been deemed substantially understandable. Among the multitude of recognized examples are: Charismatic, Transformational, and Visionary Theory, Transactional, Leader-Member Exchange Theory, Normative and Behavioral Decision Theory, Fiedler’s Theory and Contingency Model.
