A sense of hopelessness and the feeling of not being, good enough is a major sign of
Major Depression also known as Clinical Depression. With Major Depression it can be hard to eat, sleep, study or do everyday things. Depression can happen once in a lifetime or multiple times. Clinical Depression can sometimes be hereditary but sometimes it can be new to one person in a family.
When dealing with Clinical Depression the mind can be filled with multiple feelings.
When feeling sad is a symptom of depression, it may include you to feel empty. You may feel that you can’t hold back negative thoughts. Clinical Depression can also make you feel very angry, anxious and restless which could cause reckless behavior Guilt is another sign of major

People can also inherit Clinical Depression as a child. At then sometime Clinical Depression can be a one person case in a family.
Suicide is the second leading cause of death in young people. Each year in the U.S., approximately five thousand individuals between the ages of fifth teen and twenty four take their own life. A major cause of suicide is mental illness, very commonly depression. Others who are not suffering from depression are overwhelmed by painful emotions and see death as the only way out. Most of those who die could have been helped. An individual frequently considering suicide frequently confides in a friend who may be able to convince the person to seek treatment. When the risk is high, concerned friends and relatives should seek professional guides. Although clinical depression has no real cure, there are a couple of key things that can help with the healing process and that’s family and friends support and therapy. With family support, the person going through depression has someone that they can’t talk to, very with and help with confusion thoughts and situations. Therapy most of the time helps the most. With therapy, the person facing depression has someone not related to them that they can vent to. A therapist also can help with how to deal with depression on a daytoday basis.
