Insurance business is, undoubtedly, a difficult business to handle. Its existence is helpful for the people to secure property, assets and their lives. So it is very much crucial as well in the perspective of the safety and security of the assets and lives. Hiscox Ltd. is a United Kingdom based company which provides insurance services to firms and high net worth individuals. It opened an office in Bermuda in 2005 by adopting the new name Hiscox Ltd. from the previous name of Hiscox plc. It expands its universal identity by opening offices in U.S.A in 2008. In launched a campaign through the words ‘as good as our word’. Hiscox also acquire online operation through Direct Asia. In this project we analyses their marketing strategy as well as their process of promoting their business.
