Main And Colfax Observation

This officer responded to Main and Colfax in reference to a subject passed out in a vehicle. This officer arrived on scene and observed a Gold Taurus stopped in the middle of Main St blocking eastbound traffic. This officer approached the vehicle and observed the driver passed out in the driver's seat. This officer also observed the vehicle was running and in driver. Officers attempted to open the doors, however they were locked. This officer repeatedly pounded on the driver's window and yelled for the driver to wake up. After about 30 seconds the driver woke up and looked directly at this officer in full uniform. The driver then took his foot off of the brake and the vehicle started to roll forward.
