1.0 Description of the selected organization
The company that I have chosen is Maicador Sdn Bhd. Maicador Sdn Bhd is founded in 1976 and located in Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia. Previously, Maicador is a subsidiary of Malaysia Aica Bhd. Malaysia Aica Bhd was incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 on 4th December 1968 as a limited company. It has since 7th March 1984 listed in Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange). Malaysia Aica Bhd is an investment holding company with several subsidiaries. It involves in manufacturing of wooden engineering doors.
Malaysia Aica Bhd inks partnership with Sunsuria Development Sdn Bhd on 23 October 2013. Sunsuria Group of Companies was established in 1989 and it has accumulated

Employees need manager that are likeable, understands their needs, can authentically motivate people and know how to energize a workplace culture to generate the best results of the organization. The manager may empower their employees to be entrepreneurial and encourage them to be their best by discovering how they best fit within the team and throughout the organization.
A great organization requires great leadership. A manager should act as a good communicator with their employees. Manager always needs communicating the vision, objectives and goals of the organization with their employees.
