Today I worked in the Waltham, MA THD with TTI Manager Matt Mahoney, and SSR Rebecca. The store traffic was slow for our demo, but we were able to focus on cordless and generate $1100 in R2 Sales. Rebecca is above the national average for SSR’s for Ridgid sales, however Matt was concerned that she was not hitting her Ridgid Q1 goal. So he asked me to work with her to figure out the problem. Walking with Rebecca, who was a rep for 8 months, some red flags popped up. She was missing displays, product, and need a refresher on her product knowledge. We focused on product knowledge, and resetting her tool corral to include missing products. We finished the day down stocking and resequencing bays.

You have continued to show your ability to identify a problem, but it seems to continue to stop there. Each evening you continue to provide a recap of the night’s events and clearly identify what issues you were called to investigate, but we still do not always see or hear about an action that you took to control or close out the issue at hand. As the QA of “B” Shift, we are relying on you to initiate action on items and essentially take the lead on items that need to be corrected. If the line needs to shut down because of material issues, do not let them continue to run and sort through material that is known to be bad. The CA mainframe saw is one example of this.…

While the Cole memo does give peace of mind to those business owners acting in good faith within Colorado, it does not change the federal laws related to use, sale, and distribution of the product. As stated in the Cole memorandum, this is merely a guide to instruct the attorneys potentially prosecuting these cases cannot be used as a defense in the event of an indictment. The memorandum also allows the attorneys to evaluate special circumstances on a case by case basis to see if an exception can be made. If the circumstances warrant action, the attorney should prosecute the case regardless of the presence of any of the above eight priorities. In essence, the memo instructs prosecutors look the other way in relation to legal, regulated marijuana…

Some years later, in the 1980s and 1990s, there were important influences of transnational labor organizations in the struggle…

The Mabo Decision was the result of Eddie Koiki Mabo 's efforts to campaign for Aboriginal civil and land rights, a response to the discrimination Aboriginal communities have been subjected to in their own land, beginning from the arrival of the First Fleet and continuing to the present day despite numerous efforts. Prior to Mabo, the policies of Terra Nullius and Crown Land were seen as an unfair violation, and no representatives from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community decided to litigate it in court until Mabo and others from Murray Island took initiative. Eddie Mabo 's campaign for civil rights succeeded through legislation such as the Mabo Decision, Native Title Act, and the Wik Decision. Their campaign was highly effective in the way of Aboriginal civil rights; the Mabo case and its subsequent outcomes became significant for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.…
