In the beginning of time there was nothing anywhere. No trees, water, or life. Except Maheo, who lived in the abandoned-like universe. Maheo was a very powerful being who could do just about anything. Maheo decided he should put his tremendous capabilities to use. Maheo asked himself “what good is power if it is not used to make a world for people to live in?” First, Maheo created a monumental and salty lake. He then decided there needed to be fish and other wildlife such as cranes, loons, and ducks. Maheo wanted to be able to see what he had all created, so he illuminated the world.
