I want to work in the public school system. If given the opportunity, I would like to work at a Magnet School.
Reason for this Choice:
I would prefer the magnet schools because they do offer specialized programs that Title 1 schools may not have. I like being able to work with a diversified audience. These schools have different instructional practices of how they teach students, but still maintain the core classes such as math, language-arts, and social studies. Although not guaranteed, because Magnet Schools can be selective, student may exemplify a more positive behavior.
