INTRODUCTION

Our company, M’GIC Hands Sdn. Bhd. was established on August 1st 2015 with RM50,000 as our capital. We have produced the very first product named as the Magic Holder and on the process to get into the market. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company is Miss Nik Nur Shakirah binti Mohd Saufi while the Chief Operation Officer (COO) is Miss Norina Nisa’ binti Puri. At the same time, Miss Norfazilah binti Mohd Rosli is elected as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is hold by Miss Nur Amy Kirana binti Nasaruddin. The rest, Mr. Muhamad Shazwan Akmal bin Rosli is our Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) and Mr. Muhammad Iqbal bin Mohd Shukeri hold the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) position.

We have several reasons for our decision to choose this product. First, the cost to produce this product is cheap and the material needed to produce this product is easy to be derived since we are still a beginner as a producer and we have lack of suppliers. Next, we can do a lot of thing to reduce the cost of production such as produce steel instead of ordering a ready-made hanger and got to shape it again. If we can produce a strong yet easy to bend steel, then our material might be a very good quality product. Hence, this will minimise our cost of production, maximise our profit and the most important, we can keep the price of our product is always below …show more content…
So, we decided to sell the product on the market with just RM 5 which is lower than other similar products. Plus, our product got much better advantages and benefits than other outside products which is already published. The profit of RM 2 for each unit of Magic Holder will be use by us to pay other expenses such as utilities, upper management salary, dividends, etc.

TARGET CUSTOMER

All producer would like to make their products suitable with all kind of people. Hence, our product also aim the same thing. But, our main focus is the student and officer. These people use books, papers and laptop in most of their daily life. Since our product function is to uphold things, so this product might be useful for them. To make this product get well-known by them, we will sell this product on outlet that is near with study and work places so that this product will be reachable to them. We will also do some simple advertisements and promotions for the early period to attract their attention to our product since our product is still a beginner in the market and people do not know about our product existence yet.
