Hi! I’m Taylor Jaden Chung. I was born on the 13th of March 2003 in Hong Kong at The Peak in the Matilda International Hospital to my parents Paul Chung (Father) and Esther Yau Chung (Mother). I also have a younger brother with the name Tobin Isaiah Chung. I’m a 14 Year old male American with Chinese Heritage. Currently, I reside in Hong Kong and go to Renaissance College Hong Kong. As a Hong Kong resident, I speak English and am learning Traditional Mandarin Chinese as well as Cantonese the local dialect of Hong Kong.
I’ve been learning about culture in the Individuals and Societies class at school and I’ve learned so much so far. I’ve learned that culture has been involved and is able to influence everything we see today, culture allows individuals and communities to develop as a whole and that culture supports individuals in finding themselves and their own identities by allowing them to shape themselves differently than if they were without a culture. …show more content…
