Mad Max The Feral Kid

Early, as the film Mad Max: Fury Road was coming out, I heard a rumor that the feral kid from Road Warrior was going to be featured. As I watched Fury Road I was taken by Max. I had felt like I had seen the mannerisms of his persona before. I am convinced that the Feral Kid is “Max” in Fury Road. The way that he speaks, the way that he moves and fights; It points towards Max being the feral kid. How you may ask? I hope to explore and explain how this may be possible within this paper. Mel Gibson's Max leaves us in the ruins of Sydney with the children from the plane crash at the end of Beyond Thunderdome. At the end of Road Warrior, the Feral Kid is narrating and says that the Gyro Captain takes over the Gas people as leader and leads them North. Then later, The Feral Kid becomes leader of the Great Northern Tribe. When Furiosa escapes with Immortan Joe's breeders, the skull of the Gyro Captain, with aviators cap, is seen as a hood ornament to one of the War Boys' vehicles. This could relate to Immortan Joe slaughtering the Gas People that went north after Road Warrior; the Captain being a victim of that slaughter. Now in the very beginning, Max id having visions of people that he abandoned, as well as his dead daughter . Mel Gibson's Max had a son, and he was killed with his mom when Toe Cutter ran them down with his motorcycle. This information compelled me to doubt that Tom Hardy's Max was the original Max. Now, in Road Warrior, Mel Gibson gave the Feral Kid the wind up music box. In Fury Road, Tom Hardy had the very same music box. I do not believe it to be a coincidence. Max is a man of very few words, but Mel Gibson spoke more than the new Max. The new Max communicated more with grunts, and growls; he had words, but preferred grunting. It was as if he was still learning to talk. The new Max also seems to prefer violence in all situations, whereas Mel Gibson's Max knew when he was

Max would have been the last person Riley thought she could count on, but he proves her entirely wrong. The only people they could to rely on was each other, so they try to work through it together. The word feral is defined as something wild. When we think about the word wild, we tend to think of something that is untamed, or not cultivated. A feral child, on the other hand, is a label for those human children who grew up in isolation, and had no human contact from a very young age. These children are seen being raised up by animals because they were left abandoned and as a result, they have little or no experience of human care, behavior, or of human language. Many assume that writers and other people with vivid imaginations make up fictional stories about children raised by animals, unfortunately; indeed it is a fact in history that these children exist.…
