In the movie Mad Max, the protagonist Max who is in the crisis unaccompanied at the beginning has to come together with a group to achieve what he wants. The Tribe Who Left responded to the crises, by giving themselves a false hope of leaving their desert home to travel on foot in the desert to the city. This false hope they had been almost the death of them. When a few members of the Tribe Who Left, leave to go to the city, they run into a situation which would have been better solved if they had listened to Max and stayed with the group. When Max got all his stuff taken from him, he traveled to Barter Town only thinking of himself. When he made the deal with Aunty to fight and kill Blazer, he was only thinking of getting his supplies back so he could leave and be on his own again.
