One of my favorite things about New York was watching the Macy's Day Parade. We were located behind a fence with loads of other people in front of us, so it was difficult to see the different floats and acts. My cousins cheer team had the honor of participating in the parade. It was really outstanding to see someone from our family in such an enormous event. People from all around the world come to see this parade. There were so many blow up balloons and floats with singers, dancers, and other kinds of performers. The balloons were very hefty and realistic. They had everything from Spider man to Mickey Mouse. Therefore I am very satisfied that I got the opportunity to experience such a wonderful celebration.
