On the above date and time, I responded to 8527 US 19, Port Richey (McDonald's), in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Charles Iapichino by his Florida driver’s license. Iapichino advised that he is a manager of McDonald's and that he observed a white male suspect walk behind the counter and proceeded to make a milkshake. A state trooper is facing an OUI charge after being pulled over in Acton Sunday morning. State Police said an officer pulled over 41-year-old Angela Guerra's personal vehicle on Main Street for driving erratically. On Monday, October 26 in Columbia, South Carolina a confrontation between an officer and a high school student occurred. Deputy Ben Fields, the resource officer at Spring Valley High School, was called to a classroom to escort a student out due to her refusal to put away a cell phone. The student refused to leave the classroom upon the officer’s request so the officer flipped the student backwards in her desk and threw her across the floor.
