A great nation doesn 't just form in a day. It is a process in which great ingenuity and wisdom is needed. With this great wisdom, the founding fathers wrote the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These renowned documents are used as a foundation for this nation to reign supreme for countless of years.The great philosopher and writer of Discourses Machiavelli influenced the writers of the documents with the belief that a great country must have a powerful army ready to invoke fear in the subjects of the nation and those outside of its boundaries, a great leader ready to do whatever is necessary for his country, and the need for strong nationalism. These teachings planted roots on this nation that in time flourished.
