The poster of Macbeth seems to symbolize all that has occurred during the first act. It shows that Macbeth and his wife have done something together that can bring their downfall. On the poster we see Macbeth be the outline of the picture which probably says that he’s the tragic hero in this movie/play but he has many obstacles that aren’t allowing him to be the best. Tragedy comes when the 3 witches state that Macbeth will be king but he’s not sure if things will go his way or he must do something to get to that point. Being the great warrior he is, Macbeth seems to have a passion on doing the right thing but wouldn’t mind if it means that violence is involved.
