(An analysis on three messages from the Tomorrow Soliloquy)
Macbeth's Tomorrow Soliloquy were the last words we hear from Macbeth in the play. The messages that are brought up in Macbeth's last words is that life is too short, once you achieve getting everything you could possibly want you can lose what you had, and lastly dont take life for granted you could be there one second making an imprint on this world and beore you know it you are gone and everything you had done in your life has become meaningless. Out, out a brief candle!” What Macbeth is saying is that life is short like a candle here you have this candle that you think will burn on forever, but then the next second the wax is gone and the candle is starting to flicker and then next thing you know the candle is out and there is no more light. Macbeth comes to a realization that he is about to dies and that his life is starting to cruble down into nothing. In line 27-28 Macbeth says “Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury signifying nothing.” Macbeth is talking about how his life has played out and that he wont be of any importance when he is gone. He will be nothing and that everything he has done to attain the position as the King of Scotland will be meaningless. He comes to this realization that no matter what happens that it wil mean nothing no one is going to remotely care about Macbeth because he was a horrible leader and he did theseawful things to attain power.
