Macbeth is a selfish person who only focuses on himself, and his wife only. He does end up acting insanely foolish to the point where it drives him mad. He doesn’t make smart decisions often but when they are they are bad ones that don’t end out well. From macbeth's decisions he drives himself mad with murder and bad thoughts. Lady macbeth was really connected to macbeth and they were usually together other than if their had to be tasks to do. Macbeth likes to do things that aren't really fair at all for other people, as banquo said, “Good sir, why do you start and seem to fear things that do sound so fair” (1.3.51-53).
