The Macbeth's Truly Love And Hate for Each Other Loving, close, distant and indifferent are all words that can describe the relationship between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth at some point in the play. At first they seem like a perfect match, and slowly over time, their marriage deteriorates. Throughout the play, Macbeth's relationship with his wife is basically changed until destroyed.
