The ability to trust other people and to be open with them is an invaluable part of maintaining the integrity of the human soul. When a person decides to open up to another person they begin creating a bond of trust with that person. As time goes on this bond of trust deepens and begins to positively affect a person’s life. This deepening bond can positively impact a person’s life by allowing them to open up to others and share things that are bothering them; this allows them to lift some of the figurative weight off of their shoulders and therefore it has a favorable effect on their psyche. At first glance, it is difficult for readers to distinguish the amount of control Macbeth has over his choices. Sometimes it seems like he is completely in the know of his choices and sometimes it doesn’t because of his reactions to the results of his choices after they occur. Throughout the play, a lot of the choices Macbeth makes are out of his control. Ranging from the simplest choice of believing total stranger to the difficult choice of murdering important people, these decisions teach us that the choices you make can make you lose control over the bloodshed you create, the sleep you get, and your entire life.…

It is Macbeth’s active decision to accept the witches’ prophecy and fulfill his destiny accordingly. There are many other alternatives as to how Macbeth could have succeeded the throne. King Duncan could have passed from old age, illness or even in a future battle. Macbeth is the one who concluded that he must commit treason and assassinate the king in cold blood.…

In this paradox I believe I have figured there are two meanings. The first meaning I think this paradox has is that by foul is fair they are referring to themselves. They are calling themselves ugly on the outside, but the predictions they make for other people especially Macbeth are beautiful. The predictions are especially beautiful for Macbeth because he is predicted to be Thane of Cawdor and to be become king. In Macbeth, Macbeth becomes Thane of Cawdor but doesn’t become king.…

A controversial question asked by many is “can human beings really have free will? Or do people influence our so called ‘free will’? ” This question is brought up in Macbeth, written by William Shakespeare in 1606, is a play about good versus evil as well as power. I will be talking about how the witches aren’t the most powerful characters in the play and aren’t the catalyst to all of Macbeth’s crimes by using the witches, Lady Macbeth and Macbeth himself. The witches and Lady Macbeth are influences to Macbeth’s acts, but Macbeth himself is the reason that the crimes could have happened.…

Macbeth by William Shakespeare, I Believe that the three witches are to blame about everything that has happened in this play. Because if they had never came they would have never said the prophecies about Macbeth and Macbeth wouldn't have never been told them in the first place. Reasons i believe this are because in act 1, scene 1, lines 1-5 ,pg.2,3 the witches are talking about when they will meet again and that is weird how they said it they said, “When shall we three meet again? In thunder, lightning, or in rain?…
