Lady Macbeth persuades Macbeth to do detrimental things similar to how Eve persuaded Adam, Macbeth is willing to follow his wife’s command similar to how Adam followed Eve’s command, and the three witches trick Macbeth into devious plots similar to how the serpent did Adam and Eve. This proves that the characters are motivated by greed and too much greed leads to their horrific tragedies.
