Current, production of murine and humanized MAb will emerge the high specificity, affinity towards the epitope. Developed MAb holds the versatility features, like detection of oral squamous carcinoma cell (OSCC) cancer, interacts upon the OSCC surface of the antigen would make the opsonization, activates the cell mediated immune response, also makes the epitope neutralization and cures the OSCC.
