MSTT and Wilbur assessed his parenting approach with Quaiesha. Wilbur explained in his family they teach by showing tough love and that’s all he knows because that is how he was raised. MSTT had Wilbur examine if this touch love approach is working and what changes can be made. Wilbur expressed at this time he believes his approach is working because he sees a lot of positive changes in her from when she first moved in. Wilbur stated it was not until recently when things started to changes and he believes it because her mother has her believing there is a chance for her to move back with her.
