He performed in the Borderline range on the MMSE-2 and at a comparable level on additional cognition screening questions of the Psychological Interview. Due to his anxiety disorder he would have difficulty maintaining regular attendance. He could only carry out very simple instructions. The claimant has limitations in the area of social interaction.
