On Thursday, September 22, 2016, I, Officer B. McMillon #135 of the MISD Police Department was on assignment at Legacy High School located at 1263 N. Main Street in Mansfield, Texas 76063. At approximately 8:00 am Frisk, Michelle that parent of Legacy student’s Simon, Keith W/M, dob 01/26/1999 and Simon, Thomas W/M, dob 04/21/2000 entered the police office and stated that an ex-student Ardon, Carlos H/M, dob 06/06/1999 might try and start a fight with her kids.

Frisk advised that she have a criminal case against the father of Ardon and that she was concern for the well fare of her children while at school. Frisk advised the Carlos drives a whi Toyota Tundra and may try to come to the school at the end of the day. Frisk advised that Carlos
