A: MHS will reiterate with the member ways that she can feel safe in her own home.
R: MHS begin the session inquiring on the member’s reason for not being in her own home. The member informs MHS that she still does not feel safe in her own home that is why she is at her boyfriend’s mother house. MHS then asks what is it about the member’s home that makes her not feel safe. The member insists that she really does not want to be there in the home alone; she finds comfort in having others around her all day.
