A: MHP educated Braydon on the importance of behaving properly. MHP instructed Braydon on conflict resolution skills to improve his behavior. MHP used role-play to help develop Braydon's anger control and assertiveness skills. MHP instructed Braydon on calming techniques for anger. MHP educated Braydon on the thought-stopping technique. MHP asserted positive reinforcements for positive behavior.
I: Braydon appeared to be in a positive mood at the onset of the session. He put forward more effort to engage in the session. Braydon’s grandmother stated that he does not like to follow directions at home. He also stated that he did not get in trouble at school this week. Braydon responded well
