Honestly, I believe every drug that have been listed as threatening or risky and cannot be used for therapy is because people abuse them and have caused some type of harm or chaos. For example, using drugs while driving is more likely to cause a car accident, death, or injuring/killing a pedestrian. However, I believe if MDMA can help patients or people who are in the need of it, therapists should re-configure and practice therapeutic sessions. After all, you are not causing harm, you are helping people to reduce the symptoms of PTSD. As I have stated before, therapists should also do have daily check-ups on patients to avoid them getting addicted to MDMA. Patients can use it for a short term but should also practice other alternatives in the long run to avoid
