M2 Assignment 1: Information Literacy and Database Search Activity
The purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to describe the strategies that will analyze why leaders terminate subordinate, when ineffective training, unaccepted behavior has been has overlooked in the past and implementation of a dictatorship process has been utilized to resolve conflict.

ProQuest Digital
The ProQuest Digital online database was “user friendly”. I was able to use to database by reading the abstract, full text and the conclusion. The research was comfortable and in selecting the article that matched my topics. Another excellent feature is ProQuest present the cite already formatted. I was able to select four topics that I believe will demonstrate my point
The final paragraph
The final paragraph identified four journal empirical research articles related to my research include the following:
