The Solution Our company has been able to implement a donor-based solution called Vesco to fill the gaps left by the high demand. We have been able to do this through a streamlined process known as M-Commerce. M-Commerce is a great pathway to reaching many individuals, who have the means to give, that otherwise may have not taken the initiative. As mentioned before, much of the food we supply to hungry families and individuals comes to us at little or no cost from our partner at Publix. High demand and low supply leaves many unfortunate people without food, until now. Through our simple to use web based application and food card, donors will be able to sponsor a family in need.

Primarily, every corporation in this world has to make important decisions concerning their licensures, rather to be listed as a Sole proprietorship, LLC, Corp., Profit or Non Profit (NPO) 501c3. (FoundationGroup.com) Vesco chose to be a nonprofit 501c3 organization because of our unique vision and goals to provide services to the underprivileged and path to simply feed the hungry. After a conference with a loan coordinator at World Bank who helped direct us in our decision making, about our initial investments and they were very careful and precise because they wanted the company to have a return of investments to keep the company going. Then, we made the decision to borrow $50,000 from the bank and collectively invest $10,000 from our (Board of directors) personal bank accounts.
