On Wednesday, October14, 2015, at 1345 hours this writer was asked by Det. Feser of the The Metropolitan Police Department, Youth And Family Services Division Missing Person Unit to assist him with talking to M-1 who was located by Sgt. Wear, of the The Metropolitan Police Department of the First District who was standing by with M-1.
Det. Feser and this writer arrived on the scene at 1415 hours and were met by Sgt. Wear. M-1 was sitting in the lobby of the First Congressional United Church of Christ (10th and G Street, Northwest) with a male subject who was seen in a photo with her on the day before. (See inside of missing person case jacket).
