This writer met with Ms. Barbara Blackwell and husband Mr. Stan Blackwell at 0930 hours, who are the house managers of M-1’s residence; which is an independent adult living program.
Mr. Blackwell explained to this writer M-1 left on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 0930 hours. Mr. Blackwell spoke with M-1 on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. M-1 told Mr. Blackwell she was downtown at a hotel and would be home later that day. When M-1 did not return home, Mr. Blackwell filed a missing person report.
