At1101 hours, this writer contacted Juvenile Processing Center to ascertain if M-1 was in their custody, this writer spoke with Officer Hopkins of the Metropolitan Police Department, Juvenile Processing Center unit he advised negative for M-1 being in their custody. At 1103 hours, this writer contacted Child And Family Services Agency, this writer spoke with hotline worker 28 operator who advised there is currently an open investigation with this family for abuse, she also advised M-1 was not currently with their agency physically.

At 1109 hours, this writer spoke with Ms. Kisi Washington, the court appointed custodian maternal aunt of M-1. She reports M-1 has not returned home, nor has she heard from her.

M-1 does not belong to any social media. He does not have a cell phone.

M-1 is prescribed medication; however she has not had the medicine in more than two months. The medication is for Bipolar.

M-1 is not known to use drugs or alcohol.

M-1 enjoys playing, doing what she wants to do according to the aunt. M-1 is currently assigned to probation officer Ms. Jacqueline Tilmon (202) 498-6754 (202) 508- 0552 M-1 is currently on probation under 24 hour supervision.

M-1 is known to hang out in the Woodland area. M-1 does not have a smart trip card or school id.

At 1255 hours this writer along with Officer Jones, arrived on the scene of M-1’s mother’s place of abode. 1569 45th Street, Northeast. There was no answer at the door.

The listed areas were canvassed with negative results.
