Lysergic acid diethylamide is a psychedelic drugs which takes a toll on the brain. That could lead to impaired vision and hallucinations of surroundings, perceptions, and feelings as well as sensations and images that seem real though they are not. LSD is mainly used for recreational use, but sometimes used for spiritual reasons, more towards south america (seen in sacred texts of ancient civilizations).
