Lynx I think lynx are interesting animals. From there pointy ears to there little bobbed tails. They have cool traits that help them to survive. There are different kinds of lynx that i will be talking about. They all have slight differences but they are all very similar.

Lynx have long legs and a short bobbed tail. They also have tufts of fur on their ears. Many people don’t know why they have those or don’t know that it is actual useful to them. The hair on their ears enhances their hearing. So they can hear their prey approaching. Lynx are built for the snow. They have very thick fur to keep them warm. They also have special paws that spread out when they walk and act like snowshoes. That makes it easier for them to walk in the snow. They have very good eyesight. According to National Geographic they can spot a mouse from 250 ft away! They have a very strong jaw and sharp teeth. Which helps them bite down on their prey.

The Iberian, Canadian, Eurasian, and the Bobcat. They are look fairly similar. But they do have their differences. Iberian lynx are endangered, there's only about 200 left. Their coats are much shorter than the other lynx. They are a brownish, grey, yellow color. They live in a hot dry climate. They live in Spain and Portugal. 2.8-3.6 ft long. 28 pounds. The Canadian lynx lives in northern parts of the US, Canada, and Alaska. They have a dense silvery, brown coat. 2.5- 3.5 ft long. They weigh 18-24 pounds. The Eurasian lynx is the biggest of all the lynx. They live in Scandinavia, Europe, and Asia. They are 2.6-4.3 feet long. And can weigh up to 66 pounds. And lastly is the Bobcat. They live in North America, Canada, and Mexico. They are greyish brown with black streaks. Their about 2.3 feet long and weigh about 19
