Lynn Haven L-1 was dispatched to the listed location for a respiratory related medical call. FD arrived to find an A/Ox4 elder female with complaint of SOB. Pt explained that she has a Hx of COPD and chronic bronchitis, and she self administer two Budesonide treatments with no relief. Pt presented with warm dry skin, -2 sec capillary refill, PR 88, B/P 148/88, with a RR of 18. U/A of EMS FD informed them of Pt's condition and turned over care. FD then assisted with loading for transport and she was taken to Bay Medical Center for further care.
