Lynn Petre Alexander Biography

Biologist Essay Lynn Petre Alexander was a very smart and interesting women , she discover Eukaryotic cell development revolutionized the modern concept of how life occurred on earth. One of her main theories were natural selection acting on mutations that could develop new adaptations and new species. She showed that a major organizational event in history of life probably involved the merging of two or more lineages through symbiosis. Lynn was evolutionary theorist , taxonomists , bacteriologist , protistology, and botanist. Also accomplished degrees in zoology and genetics . Lynn Margulis was born in Chicago , Illinois on March 5 , 1938. She went to three universities which were university of Chicago in 1954-1957 graduated with a bachelor's degree . Later on she pursue to university of Wisconsin in 1957-1960 , than university of California Berkeley 1960-1965. Lynn married Carl Sagan in the year 1957 through 1964. Carl and Lynn had four children together their names are Jennifer Margulis , Dorion Sagan , Jeremy Sagan , Zachary Margulis ohnuma.
