I am facing many challenges while attending college. A major issue is my health. I suffer from lymphedema, causes my right leg to swell painfully. Even after a good night’s sleep, I must prop my legs up in the morning to ease the throbbing and puffiness. Because of this condition, I take many medications and visit the doctor frequently, sometimes with appointments occurring during class time. Another issue is the disadvantages of depending on public transportation to travel back and forth to school. Waking up on time to make sure I catch the bus is often a challenge, and then I worry about whether or not I will have enough bus fare. Moreover, the bus may not arrive on time or even break down, which then makes me late for class or causes
