As Lyme Disease becomes a more relevant and noticeable disease, majority of knowing people, such as; patients believe that Lyme Disease is becoming an epidemic. Lyme Disease has grown among countries making it a more pertinent epidemic, as several are still oblivious to the disease, most professional doctors still think Lyme Disease isn’t even existent.

The Lyme Disease protocol consists of long-term antibiotics such as; Doxycycline, Amoxicillin, Nystatin, Cefuroxime, Cefdinir, Sulfa, and many more. These antibiotics tear up the stomach and make the patient feel as if they are dying. Patients are going to feel worse before they feel better and they will experience several herxing periods. Some lasting two to three days, others lasting two to three months. Lyme Disease is not something that I personally would want to wish upon anybody having had it myself. Lyme Disease is a sickening disease that can take you out of your favorite daily activities and can even take you out of your life. Lyme Literate Medical Doctors (LLMD) recommend staying active during the time of sickness. The exercise keeps the joints moving and the blood flowing to all parts of the body as well as it helps push the disease out of the body. Also, eating a strict diet while being treated is necessary to going into remission. Lyme Literate Medical Doctors recommend that patients eat no gluten, no sugar, no dairy, no soy, and no wheat.
