My current role at Lutron Services Co. Inc. is the Field Service leader of the Northeast Territory. In this role, I run the New England and Eastern-Canada service teams consisting of six direct reports and seven subcontractors. I focus on service quality, issue resolution and project success. Lutron allows me to run the territory as a small business where I can deploy resources where I know they will be most effective in the fast-paced construction industry.
In the next 5-years, I look forward to continuing my development as a successful employee to the Lutron Services organization. As a more senior territory leader, I can continue to provide valuable feedback to our corporate offices and drive process improvement and business strategies.
