From the little that I have been a part of Lutheran Family Services, I have observed that it is a large, but tight knit community. LFS has many different programs, buildings, and employers, but each individual in each area of work engages with one another. Due to the fact that the agency is tight knit, I have felt very comfortable and will be able to have at least a little bit of experience in any area of work that I desire. It is very likely that I will get some experience with foster care, and possible even the refugee program. Thus far, the agency has had a positive impact on my field placement. I have been introduced to everyone working on the same floor I am at, as well as meeting the individuals from the foster care program. Everybody
